Musashi Villageが1st Mixtape Album『M-Villagers : Jeff Loik Mix Tape』を2025年11月26日に配信リリースした。


本作は、アルバムではなく“ミックステープ”としてのリリース。

Musashi Villageを主宰するプロデューサーJeff Loik を中心に、これまで共に歩んできたラッパーやシンガーに加え、今回は新たにバンドメンバーも制作に参加。

HipHopを軸に、R&BやFunkなど多彩なジャンルを、楽器演奏も交えて展開。

生演奏のグルーヴとビートメイクが融合し、より有機的で立体的なサウンドに仕上がっている。

ヒップホップにおける“ミックステープ”とは、アーティストがレーベルやルールに縛られず、

自由な発想で作品を届けるための表現形態。形式にとらわれず、コラボレーションや実験的なアイデアを表現した作品群となっている。

その精神のもと、今作では制作からリリースまでを完全インディペンデントで行い、

スタジオの空気感、クルーとのセッション、リアルな瞬間をそのまま音に刻みこんだ。

“ミックステープ”にこそ、Musashi Villageが表現したい作品の自由さとリアリティが込められている。

リリース同日に、映像監督Messによるミュージックビデオも公開される。

Musashi Village releases their first mixtape “M-Villagers: Jeff Loik Mixtape” on November 26, 2025.

Unlike a traditional album, this project takes the form of a “mixtape” — a freer and more experimental expression within hip-hop culture.

Centered around producer and founder Jeff Loik, the mixtape features longtime collaborators — rappers and singers who have shaped the Musashi Village sound — as well as newly joined band members. Together they explore a range of styles, from Hip-Hop and R&B to Funk, blending live instrumentation with beat-driven production.

The result is an organic and dynamic sound, where the groove of live performance meets the precision of beat-making.

In hip-hop, a mixtape represents independence — an artist’s ability to create outside of industry constraints, showcasing raw ideas, collaborations, and creative freedom. True to that spirit, M-Villagers: Jeff Loik Mixtape was produced and released completely independently, capturing the energy of studio sessions, the chemistry of the crew, and the authenticity of each moment.

For Musashi Village, the mixtape format embodies the freedom and reality they aim to express through music.

A music video directed by Mess will also premiere on the same day as the release.
